I am a nature lover on a quest for truth and deep experiences.

I’ve been initiated into Yoga by Swami Naresh Tiwari, a Yogi from the Jyotir Math Lineage of northern India, a teacher of and worked with the Empowerment Process for over 10yrs, developed the Podcasting Course for MIU, and been adjunct faculty at the University level for over 4 years, I consider myself to be a Vedic Astrology scholar.

I have worked with over 100 clients in Human Design, Gene Keys and Vedic Astrology and completed 2 Body Presence Facilitator Trainings, and have been developing my skills as a somatic practitioner as well as running a small creative business for the past 13 years. 

My greatest desire is to merge the science of Yoga & consciousness with the arts, learn as much as there is to learn about these esoteric systems, while bringing them closer to people in a relevant, entertaining and accessible way.
